Resizing a pic

I need someone to resize a pic I have but I cant post it, help anybody

you can't postt pictures like we used to be able to you have to link them off another site :)

If you have windows XP, download the Powertoy resizer.

http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/ImageResizerPowertoySetup.exe

Just download and install it, then go into windows explorer (rich click on the Start button and hit Explore), locate the picture on your hard drive, right click on it and hit "Resize Picture".
