02 cannon with a lonestar anxle an locknut .rad carrier [taper] can not keep bearings tight help NO ITS NOT MINE:devil:

NO IT SEEMS LIKE IT NEEDS A SPACER BETWEEN THE HUBS AN BEARINGS

The cannondale uses thin spacing washers between the bearing and the sprocket hub. You have to have them in place.:). If they are missing I can get you new one just give me a call. WE are an ATK dealer

i have all spacers in place but with the locknut all the way tight.they are still play in the axle.its like the bearings are not bottom out on the race

Man that is weird. I have never had that problem before. How many spacers are you using.

they only sent 1 ribbon washer an thats it its a rad carrier with a lonestar axle if that makes a differ?

I guess I should have specified. You have to take the old thin spacing washers out of the stock carrier and install them in the same place in the new carrier. This will fix you problem. They are between the seal and the bearing on the stock carrier there is a couple on each side:) If you have anyother question let me know
