jetting question

wat size pilot should i goto if i want to remove the choke on my carb,and does it make a dirence if i have a pipe or should i use da same jet size that you peeps will tell me?

I have a FMF full system, K&N, no lid. I run a 38 pilot, needle clip one from bottom, and a 132 MJ, soon to be a 130 (little rich). If you are removing the choke try a 40 pilot, if it works good then use it, try a 42 if it doesn't help but that's getting pretty high. I might be wrong if so someone correct me.
