atc/trx 250r question

Just wanting to know if an 85 atc250r rear swingarm and shock will fit a trx250r frame. Were thinking of building a trx we have a frame and a -arms and have an 85 atc 250r that is complete, and want to use everything we can from the atc. if anyone has done this or knows what interchanges and what doesn't please reply.:D

yup the 85 ATC swingarm will fit just fine you just need to be sure and use a bearing carrier that fits the 85 ATC and weld a stop for the brake caliper bracket from a TRX. Everything else is kosher.

edit. It will fit the 86-87 without modifications to the frame. but not the 88-89 frame.
