Ok i'm shure youve all herd of using the weight of a car on your front tires to break the bead so that you can cahange your tires. Well my ? is should the tire be flat or pumped up? cause i triede it flat with a neon and the bead absolutly would not break. I think I might need the weight of the Explorer to get it off. No there not stock tires there holeshots and i always herd aftermarket tires were easy to do this too. Any tips please? save me $20 at the tire shop thanks.

:huh Honestly NO idea what i'm doing wrong!

ok..i do this all the time w/ my heavier toyota truck...use the explorer & get ALL THE AIR OUT & runb over all the bead of the tire on both sides untill you can just pull it off...aftermarket tires are opretty easy to get off to.

I use a 2x6 about 2 feet long. With the tire on its side, lay the board perpendicular to the tire up on the side wall, like a ramp, right up against the edge of the rim, but not on the rim. Just be sure not to drive up over the rim. works best with the valve stem core removed.
