I'm looking for gift ideas for my bother-in-law. He rides dirtbikes, and does all his own work, so I'm thinking tools. Something that he probably doesn't have because he doesn't NEED them, but they are nice to have. Maybe T-handled wrench set, or something like that.

So, give me some ideas for tools...

Torque wrench, but I bet he already has one.

Maybe you could get him some specialty tools, like crecscent suspension wrenches, flywheel puller, clutch holder, or an air compressor and tools if he doesnt already have one.

Thats what I got my dad last year. He loves them, t-handles are awesome, the kit I bought was $40 and is metric sizes 8-17mm You can tear down a bike most of the way with them. I recomend them.

get him a new set of tires or a new muffler or somethin like that. get him some nerf bars... oh wait, i forgot he rides a dirtbike:p , but get him some new tires or a new uniform

How bout something like one of the little tool kits that come in a fanny type pack, comes w/ plug wrench & some common tools I think those are pretty cool. My brothers & thier families all ride dirt bikes also so this year I'm making them each a crossbar pad w/ thier name & racing # on it :D :D Thats a good idea for you too hehehe how bout a rear shock cover for him hehehe

How about a case of his favorite oil, some good quality tire spoons, or a fork tool so he can change his own seals?
