Help I,m new

Hi Guys, I,m new to this or any message board for that matter, and i have a question? At the end of some PM's , or just the whole PM it just says bump. What does bump mean. Maybe i,m just behind on my slang.

Bump means "bumping" it up to the top so more people could see it. Like right now this topic will go to the top of the list. Oh yeah, welcome:macho :)
