i got a 162 main and the clip in the center of the needle. check my sig for motor specifics. its going to be in the teens and 20s from here on in. do i need to adjust anything in the carb for the cold weather...???

Do a 42 or 45 pilot jet to help starting.

you are going to have to see how it run when it gets colled and go from there.

i imagine you might want to put in the larger pilot and also move the clip on the needle to the 4th position. by the way, i hope it starts with that WB rev box on!!

whats the problem with the Wb rev box.

most of the aftermarket rev boxes make the bikes hard to start, especially in the cold months and the WB is one of them. however, on a built motor, my bike is much faster in a drag with a rev box on. the extra rpm's really help me out.
