The new Houser LT a-arms look very nice. Houser is making some very impressive products, like the LT linkages for the LTZ and YFZ.

what kind of ball joints do they have??? if they are hiam????
(think thats how you spell it??) what u think of them??

i have +2 a-arms with those joints, don't know if i like them or not.
you have to take lub with you when riding and give them a bust every so often.

Myself and two of my riding buddies have LT houser front ends. Mine is on a R and they both have 400's. They have both had a problem with the ball joints. My R does not have very many hours on it, but my one buddy has replaced a total of 8 ball joints. The a arms are really nice, but the ball joints maybe the weak link.

I've got 3 sets of Houser LT's and theve been great so far. I haven't ridden on the new set on my Cannondale yet but the ones on the EX's are holding up well. Quality is very good for the price as well.

Seems most people busting ball joints are forgetting to set the camber right and stresses the ball joiunts and the pop.

They are all XC quads with 2.5 to 3.0 degrees of camber. Houser has changed to a new two peice heim ball joint and the bottoms ones are now greasable and this should solve the problem. After he paid for the upgrade to the new stlye ball joints, Houser has warrantied the new stlye ball joints that have failed. It is nice to see a company stand behind their product.

Yes, they are 16" LT w/ 16" shocks. It's a 250X w/ a 400EX front end. I didn't want to invest the extra cash to get 19" shocks. But none the less they still work great! I did have one upper ball joint problem, but like pnut420 said I didn't have the camber set properly. I have it set right now and haven't had any more problems.
