rebuilding stock shocks

hay i got a stock rear z400 shock and i was wondering about haveing it rebuilt does anyone have a shock they have had rebuot to make it like a works shock or something?
if so please give some info on how you liked it

I got the TCS rebuild w/zero preload, it works a lot better than the stocker, but I'm running a Burgard +1.25 swingarm, too.
Elka also makes the rebuild for the Z rear shock. Call or pm Jeff @ The Quadshop about it.

I have a 400ex but the shocks are pretty similar i had pep do mine.
