I have found a site that will sell a FULL SYSTEM brand new HMF exhaust for 265 dollars.

Best price I have seen before this was like 429

Is this site for real??????

You gonna share the name of the site or is it top secret?? Sounds fishy too me..

Holy **** that is cheap, I looked at it and no way is it a typo. You could but one, then put it in the for sale section and make money for that price, thats crazy cheap

I don't believe it - dealer cost is probably higher then that...

Call them and double check, cause directly from HMF they want more than what they are asking for just for the slip-on for the rancher. That can't be right....but if it is
:eek2: sweet deal!!

That site makes me nervous. Cheap prices and no has heard of them:huh I'd make sure and pay with your credit card because when they screw you over you can refuse to pay your bill until the problem is resolved.

I am sure the price is a type-o

Don't worry though, C&D Racing can also get you a great price on a HMF exhaust any time. When you decide to order, give them a call at 308-696-7805.

***** UPDATE *****

Email I recieved from this compay after asking them about their prices... This is a copy of the email I received.

Hi Rob,
A little background first._ The manufacturer is always going to sell their own products at full MSRP._ They do this in order to keep their retailers happy, that's why their prices are ALMOST always the highest.
_
As for us, we do not have the high overhead that other retailers have._ We have two offices, but do not run a retail store front or large shop which is a tremendous overhead.__Also,_many retailers mark-up some of their products 200% or more and we feel this is outrageous.
_
The price you seen on the Honda 400EX Full System was a type, however, and has been corrected to $380.00
Thank you,
Dewayne Hill

C&D Racing has tons of over head and has been selling that pipe for around the same price since the beginning. So you can bet that even when they sell it for $380 they still make more money on it than I do ( it doesn't take much money to operate without a store front)

Lesson Learned: If the price looks too good to be true, it probably isn't true.

Deal with a company that stands behind its customers and supports the site that you use daily. HMF sponsors EXriders.com and C&D Racing should be able to get you a very great price on an exhaust. If it weren't for companies like these a huge site like EXriders.com couldn't exist unless the administrator was independently wealthy(Sorry, I am far from it).

Thanks again for supporting those that support us!:D

If you look at the raptor pipe its like $260 for the slip on, plus $200 for the head pipe, looks like the same case with the 400ex but they labeled it different, very clever on their part, I think you got jacked, pretty much 99.9% positive you did, Im going ot call and ask to make sure you got ripped.

I'd say they changed it because of the email that i posted on here. I pointed it out to them and now the price is correct. I'd still buy it from a sponsor on the page though not from them.

It was a typo... Just like the 2004 hondas having a 38 mm carb...:blah:

I also called them and he said it was a typo. I wanted to make sure before I ordered one. I didn't want him to charge my acount the $225 or so and them realize the mistake and then charge me the difference. I'd just assume get it from C&D, who have ALWAYS been awesome to deal with.
