How do you change a 300ex cam???

I have to get a new cam and rockers I got the head off.

How do you get the cam out??

I have the manual but I don't have the special tools you need to take the cam chain off or on.

Also How do I adjust the rockers once I get it all togther?

The cam chain gear should unbolt thats what i was told

just take out the bolts holding the cam chain sprocket to the cam and then you might have to wiggle the sprocket around a little but it should come off pretty easily.
As for the rockers it says in the manual what the spacing is exactly-to adjust them you loosen the nuts, stick a feeler gauge in between the rocker arm and valve and adjust it, and then tighten it back up, making sure to keep it oriented the same way(so the spacing stays the same)
