big gun exhaust has a cdi box that raises the rev limiter for the 400 ex is that a good exhaut how do u like it? and does the higher rev limiter bad for the machine?

you don't need the rev limiter unless your machine is built. power won't be enhanced either. i would look into other exhausts too. if you just want a slip on, hmf makes quality products.
