.400's and 300' run the same size bolt pattern so........

I am almost sure they won't.The splines are different.I am really really sure.

no they will not work on the 300. the splines or different. i was gonna put my 400 axle on my 300 untill i got my dura blue but the splines were differnet and i would have nedded the new hubs too. so i know they will not fit
