cannondale wheel pattern and 400ex?

Anyone know if a Cannondale canninbal wheel patern is the same as a 400ex?

4/110 rear and 4/154 front.

Bolt patterns are the same, but the offset is different. I have a dale and have used honda rims on it. I think the difference is the offset.

I know the Dale is 3-2 and the honda is closer to 4-1 in offset on the fronts.
