pro design air flow adabter????????

i bought a k&n pro flow filter and it just came with the filter and you have to have the pro design adapter, this is on ebay and i cant tell if its the right thing i need heres the one on ebay for sale:http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2446295378&category=43979

is that one on ebay the same thing as this???:

I found this link with the same pic you have and a description. They call it a filter/base kit, and just describe it as mounting hardware.
