what should i get first since i dont have the cash to get them all at once, a-arms or some shocks?

If you are going to do both fairly soon, get the a-arms so when you get the shocks you valve them for that weight. I got some Works for sell for cheap $275 for a 400ex triple rated with rezis

Get the shocks first and have them set for the arms you'll be getting. Stock shocks and extended arms don't work to well together.
