where the heck is my frame number????

Seems like the best place for this question, where is my frame number located?(400ex)

should be on that sticker on the front above the a-arms.

On the front, the sticker on the left(as if you were on the bike) frame pillar is the bike designation. On the right, there is emmision control info along with idel speed, valve lash settings etc..no frame number, the number i am looking for is engraved somewhere on the frame

look in your owners manual if you still have it

i did, it says where it is, but i swear i looked there, i will look again though...
