hey my friend has a 95 300ex. and the other day he took it out riding and the chain came loose and fell of and broke the case saver and reverse lever...so we put the chain on and tightend the rear end up and took it out and it came loose again..it kept doin it and now we tightend the axle carrier bolts up soo much one snapped. does anyone knwo whats wrong with it? does he need a new axle carrier?

try a new chain

Check the chain first to see if it needs to be replaced. If its alright then tighten the chain. After you've tightened the pinch bolts see if you can still rotate the bearing carrier.

you need a new chain. and while your at it, you might as well replace the sprockets
