I have a 1987 250x that I am about to hop-up with the following parts for the upcoming riding season.
I will be using a UNI filter, modified airbox lid, and a Supertrapp IDS 2 head pipe and silencer system. What would you guys recommend for jets in the carb? Or, do you think I should spend the $50 and get the jet kit from K&N? I was hoping that I could just change the jets without buying the entire kit.
The places I ride vary in altitudes from 500 to 1500 feet above sea level.
Any help would be appreciated.
