I am looking for a source of information regarding the NOVA gas tax thing.
For those not familiar, a portion of the tax you pay when you buy gas is used to support off road vehicle trails.
Please help me find the skinny on this issue. I am trying to find out what the money in NY is going towards. NY must have a ton of money generated from the gas sold.
I tried searching some gov sites but im not finding anything that easily (surprise). I figure there maybe some people involved with it on here.
