Ummm....that is race cut plastic....very common for MX guys to cut their front fenders. Not a great idea if you are XC racin though.

No overbore must remain under 300cc 4-stroke and 200cc 2-stroke.

I bought my 250 with a 318 stroker in it thinking i could race. I found out the rules and i had to sell the motor and buy a new one. It has a curtis sparks built engine now...i think its like 298cc or exactly 300.
