Most of the people ive talked to that have a Yoshi says it restricts the motor more then alot of the new systems out now...If you want under 450, id suggest HMF

I recommend the Hetrick racing pipe. For the money you can't go wrong. Its ceramic coated and they give you the jets you need for it.

big gun is a lot louder than stock. not much power gain over stock. hmf makes a good slip-on.

You can get HMF from C&D.
They do have the full system, but if you don't have motor work, I wouldn't recommend it. The head pipe is huge, compared to most others.
The slip on runs a little over $200 and is very nice, I like mine alot. But is defiantly alot louder than stock, but also a better sound.
They also offer a quiet core, if needed.

So the word is to not install HMF full exhaust on a stock 400ex? What will happen if I get the full HMF and jet the carb and get K&N air filter. Will that be ok?

It will be fine, but it won't have as much of an effect on a stock motor, to lets say you had a 440 and went from stock headers to the big gun full system. If you don't have motor work, and arn't planning on doing any, just go with a slip-on, filter, and a jets.

you won't be disappointed with lrd or hmf. both will have similar power gains. i would probally get what you can get the best deal on or which one you like the looks of better.
