open end cap with no disk on white brothers e series

Is there any adjustment or different jet sizes you have to run if you decide to run a white brother e series with no disk and just a open end cap.

If you run the eSeries without the end cap you will need to rejet. On a stock 400ex I have to recommend that you leave the plate on, taking ot off will have a negative affect on you bottom end. The bike needs that back pressure. I have tried many combinations, before I went to a 416, and it seemed that the best is just what White Bros recommended, @ 12 disks with the end plate on the stock bike. All this IMHO. :)
