97 cr125 just bought it says on sheet from shop it has it what is it where is it and how do you use it?

it is something that keeps your forks compressed when you take off making it harder to wheelie. they put your forks back to normal when you hit the brake. basically it is a clip on your forks and when you compress then enough the 2 ends connect and it stays lowered until you hit the brake.
