I was wondering if I can keep runing 10/40 in the winter or if I should change.....If so what wieght??Thanks.....

i say 20w-50 for the winter
20w-50 for summer & 10-40 for winter....im about to just run that mobile 1 super synthetic stuff with the red cap.

That depends a lot on what state you live in. A Wisconsin or Michigan winter is a lot colder than a Kentucky or Texas winter. For the north, I say 10W40.

The colder the eather, the THINNER the oild. The warmer the weather the THICKER the oil. You can safely run 10W-40 year round as long as it doesnt drop below like 15-20 degrees below zero. If you are riding in very cold try some 10W-30 or 5W-20.

i run 10w40 all year , that or 10w30, whatever i can get cheaper
