I'm always a pretty busy guy. I have enough stress and problems just dealing with work, college, and being a single father, I don't need Christmas problems thrown on top of it.

I have three of them in my life, all women (shocking) and for two of them, I'm really the only guy around that will help them. So they invent problems that I have to solve. Christmas decorations, moving furniture, shopping, assembling, more decorations. I'm glad that their life is simple and easy enough that THESE are the biggest problems they face, but I got bigger problems in my life than what type of hors d'eouvres we are going to serve downstairs at the party.

Christmas is supposed to be fun. So you know what I want for Christmas?

And I want her to buy a 250R instead of a 400ex after she sells her 300ex :macho

My little project right now is convincing and showing my mom and aunt that they really want a bike like mine, and not a slow old 4 stroke again:blah: As soon as mines finished up again, i'm going to make sure they get plenty of seat time to decide for themselves. My selling points are that for the $4500 that the 400ex they would want, they could buy a good condition R for $3000-$4000, and mod it till it was to their liking; (shocks, plastics, low end/top end etc) and it would be tons faster and better handling than any of the new bikes that would cost more STOCK. I will be happy when all three of us cruise the dunes on R's:o

I don't knock the 300ex's really, It was my first bike (02 300ex) and I sold it after 6 months of riding the hell out of it. I actually like them more than the 400 myself:eek: The reason I kinda like it more than the 400 is that the bike is so small when I ride it I just keep it pinned and can throw it around like the smaller sized bike that it is:blah: And don't say I'm stupid anyone for not liking the 400 more because it has slightly more power; to me both bikes are seriously down on power, and there isnt much difference between the two lol.

Looks sweet!! The only thing I would change is that front bumper..... I dont like it too much, but other then that it looks good!

Thanks evryone YEAH ya like that GREEN grass believe me I wish it was covered in snow!! As for the bumper YEP I need a new one, do ya like the huge zippy tie on it(white)? we had to zippy it on w/ the sway bar cuz the bolts do fit LOL when I hit the banshee it shoved it right where it should be now it's wedged in there but I decided to but the $$ into engine work, maybe I'll ask for one for Christmas!!! I better get on the ball though hehehe. As fro the A arms they are custom made out of my stockers :eek: & I don't care what ANYONE says they work damn good & I'll tell you what I've taken some hard hits this season from the front & they have NOT bent at all!!!!! Unlike the banshee I took out last weekend!! Hell my tie rods are about an 1" around:eek: super strong!!!! I do need to find some extra tie rods though in case on does get bent. I am +3 on the front if your wondering that too. soooo does anyone know where I can order a set of, well my arms are 1" wider than a stock 400 so I think I could buy +1 for 400ex??? I could be wrong though.

i didn't even ask for any goodies this year. so, that tells you what i am getting: some nice white socks and maybe some superman boxers. no, just kidding. when i think of something to get, my dad will probally just get it for me later in the year. he already takes care of college tuition and i understand that is more than enough. lets hear of some early presents though.

Got my head ported by GT Thunder, installed a heavy duty timing chain, a GT Thunder CDI box and a air box lid modification. Me and Jeff buttoned up the motor yesterday and the mofo started so that's a good sign..:o I think i'm pullin off the lower A-arms today and sending them off to pappy for a fresh layer of PC..:D

OH don't feel bad Kim I got a little one w/ a cold & ear infection, ME w/ nasty *** cold:grr: the older boy just got over puking for a day & to top it all off..................my hubby fell off of the ladder doing a roof this weekend & broke his friggin elbow so now he's outta work & in a 1/2 cast & what REALLY sucks is he did it on a side job so he can't claim L&I :rolleyes: :mad: so needless to say he's outta work for awhile not a good thing especially since I don't work now I REALLY need to find a J O B !!! Ah it's a wonderful life!! Thanks God we have a little $$ left in the race acct to get a couple more races in, might just have to let the kid finish out the season since he's doing better in points than Iam we'll have to see might have to go talk to some people & try to round up enough to finsih out the season :confused: only got 3 more races!! MERRY FRIGGIN' CHRISTMAS HUH!!

yeah i had something similar last year. it was a ticket for "riding an atv on a public paved road." you gotta love those tickets!!
