is it true tht if you want to race hare scramble type races you should only replace the stock intake with a new one and make the stock intake cam the new exchaust cam?

aslo does anyone now what tools you need to do the job of replacing the came a degree kit?

yeah, it is suggested but you can replace the exhaust cam also...if ya want to.
it all depends on what you want to get out of yer engine.
