I have a 1994 300ex and i was wondering what i could get for it.
this is what i have on it: Lone star carrier , durablue axle , k&n air filter , somewhat new ufo body , FMF Megamax 2 full exhaust system , DG nerf bars . full skid plates on chassis and swing arm , all shocks have benn replaced some time ago , new headlight cover , worn down mudsharks and bandit tires, DG front bumper (hit a tree and cracked a weld on the bumper) , clymer manual .
i think that is all. Ihave no idea how many hours are on it. it has been rolled over. the handlebars are bent slightly and the gas tank li d is dented in a little. needs new bushings. So.... how much do you thnk i can get for it ??

You may luck up and get $1k; I wouldnt expect much more than that with all you have listed as broke or worn out. New tires all around and probably needs all new bearings, wheel bearings, carrier, etc. all add up to several $$. Post a few pics and we can give you a better idea of what you got. You may be better off to sell in it pieces..

everybody seems to think my quad is a piece of junk. its actually not. ill try to take some pics tomarrow.

I never said it was a piece; it IS 10 yrs old though. 99 400ex's with numerous mods only go for low to mid 3's at best--some can be had or 2K or so. You def. wont get $2,000 for it with brand new plastics installed. Good luck!

I agree, its not a piece, its just 10 years old, its a 300, nobody over 16 is gonna spend money to mod it out to race, they can get 400's for cheap, and alot more cheaper mods. Plus idf you have noticed there are alot more 400ex's popping up for sale and guys are dumping them..for that new honda 450, 250rs also being dumped. if it had engine mods and some works shocks all they way aound, then you may get a price you want....but you are never never gonna get the full market value out of aftermatket parts....if i sold my sons then i would have to ask 6500 for it...no way no possible way
