is there anything that he can do. Does he have receipts of items he purchased for the quad? did he ever report the quad stolen? he may be able to go to ebay and say, Look, i got proof, thats my quad, it was stolen. They could get to the bottom of this fairly quickly.

Ya it had the Red hy-pers on it and the hy-per cover on it.................it only had the red hy-per sin the back..........that is definetley his quad
