GNCC Tech inspection

I am planning to be running 4-5 GNCC's in the 2004 season. How strict are the tech inspections on sound limits? My CT is supposed to be at 102db. 104 is the limit, right? A friend of mine had a Wolverine with a TC motor and pipe, and he had problems trying to pass he said.
Anything else to be ready for?:cool:

once in a blue moon, they will check to see that your kill switch works. never happened to me tho

the last one that i was in at st. clairsville the two guys lined up to the left of me didn't even have tether kill switches :huh
