well my friends 89 LT250R is having a ANOTHER problem. When he starts the engine, anti-freeze poors out the over flow, and when he revs the engine its even worste. It constantly does this, when its warming up, when its warmed up, at idle and when hes riding it. We cant figure out what is causing this....... Anyone know?

I agree, you are getting cylinder pressure in the cooling system. That is why when you rev it up it is worse.

Like bigAl and Oynot said, get a new head gasket andmake sure you clean and scrape the top of the cylinder and head off really good before you put it together again, and look for a reason the head gasket went.

Yep, head gasket. Make sure you put orient the new one correctly. if you plan on still riding it, when's the last time you put in new water pump seals? They have a nasty habit of not lasting long. You should drain the oil anyway, and you'll have the coolant drained. Get a clutch cover gasket, and water pump seal set. I've seen the complete set on ebay for $25. Not sure what brand or quality. OEM seals... mechanical is $17-20, and the oil seal is about $5- 10, I think. Keep that dinosaur running! :D
