Does this mean its time for new pads ??? And how do i go about replacing them ?

sounds like you are metal to metal and need to replace the pads and make sure your rotor is ok.

my rear brakes dont work...they used to barely work & now they only work when I take the line off & pour fluid directly into the master cylinder & then they only work for like 5 pumps :(
