i was just wondering how hard is it really to take the motor out of a 300ex and to disconnect all the electrical,etc?and any ideas on how much the frame would cost to get powdercoated?

Its not to hard there are only like 4 or 5 connections to the motor.
Getting you frame powdercoted should be between 150 and 300.

Mine cost 225 for frame, and swingarm to be pwdcted, and some little psrts. and the arms to be sand blasted.

thanks alot,i was wondering what color is a good one,i was thinkin mayb a neon greenish like on da kawa's or mayb a glossy candy apple red,wat do u think,how bout other colors to

the glossy candy apple red would look good. I had a guy do my frame and swing arm for 150 , preping and everything , what a deal that was, and the engine can get fustrating if you dont know how to take it out , so keep your cool just take you time and don't break anything.... Ryan

Disconnect everything on your motor. Take out all the motor mount bolts and the one motor mount on the left side. It helps with two people. Lift the motor up a little bit and pull the bottom of the motor out the left side of the frame.
