Have any of you had a problem with a link in peoples aim profiles. It says Whoaaa....look at what I found, click here
and if you click it it messes your comp up. Well my sister clicked it and now i got porno ads and cr@p like that popping up all the time. If any of you know how to get rid of it it would be a big help.

I went to that site and read up on it. Thats a virus, adaware may or may not remove it. Update your antivirus and scan your computer. Theres directions in the link to do it manually also.
My norton Antivirus 2003 pro edition scans aim and msn also while they are running.

To kill the AIM profile worm:

1) Press Control+Alternate+Delete on your keyboard.

2) Find the process labeled "b.exe" and press end program.

3) Press Start menu, followed by search, then click files and folders.

4) Type "b.exe" in the search.

5) When found, delete the file named "b.exe".

6) Change your profile back to what you want.

Yea, I saw a warning about that on IMChaos also. Sry it happened. I'll try to remember that. I have had had adaware for quite some time now, and I run it about once or month or more. It does work, although a lot of the stuff it is supposed to get rid of keeps coming back. It may be off of a file or a program I have that automatically puts it back in there. Who Knows?

Try that... I'm not sure if it's the same virus or not, but it should help.
