Thanks you for your mail,really i will like to explain this situation to you before any transaction with you.my client his in USA and he was owning me the sum of $7,000 and he promise to pay me by cheque and now i will like to instruct him to send you the cheque and you will deduct your $3,400 out of it and send the remaining balance of $3,600 to my shipping agent for the pick-up and some arrangement in your place.
Here are the neccessary information needed for the cheque to be issue and to be send down to your place.

I take it you are selling a 400ex? Sounds like one of those out of country scams. Stay away from anyone that spells it "cheque", haha.
Tell the person to get their $7000 or whatever it is then pay you CASH (or certified check or money order). It would be worth waiting an extra week or two to make sure you don't get screwed.

If you have to decide weather or not it is a scam, then dont take the chance.
