hey... I have a firebird and I love it to death! There is nothing like having that Pontiac pride. It's nice when your cruisin and another Trans Am/Firebird rides by and you give the wave like, yea, we're proud. Kinda makes you feel like a family. I think I am going to cry... lol

Whatever you do... make sure you get a WS6. That's the 5.7L 350 also known as the LS1 lol. My Firebird tis nothing but a 3.1L V6 for now, but hopefully I can drop in a LS1 or a built 355 and fix that up to the sky.

So yea, I love my firebird... I think you will too! :D

The Camaro SS has the LS1 in it also. It will cost you a little less than WS6 firebird/TA.

We have a 02 Camaro SS 1LE package that I use for autocrossing and "playing". It's a great car, will run low 13/high 12's stock and hang with just about anything out there through the corners.
If you want a fast car on a smaller budget i'm selling my 11 second Eclipse GSX. It's $6900.

NEVER, EVER, EVER buy a car brand new. You lose too much money as soon as it hits the streets.
The only exeption to this rule is if you are buying an new 03' well into 04' for example. IMO

Get a 5.0 Mustang GT. Either that or do a conversion yourself........351 Windsor in a mustang will flat out haul ARSE! or if not the conversion you can usually find one for about 2500 to 4000 that's in pretty good shape.

Uhmmm, if you are thinking about a Firebird it's gonna HAVE to be used since Pontiac doesnt make them anymore...It looks like it (and the Camaro) was such a hot commodity and huge money maker that GM **** canned the whole F-body line...:rolleyes:
