i know someone who has an old yamaha dirt bike for sale. he has no clue what it is. Its got to be late seventies or early 80s and it looks like a mx bike. on the motor, 487 cm^3 is stamped. Does any body have a clue? I think its a two stroke, it has an expansion chamber on the exhaust. but im not 100% sure

yes thanks guys i went to my local dealer with the serial numbers and came up with the same thing
