I have a 300 ex and want to put wiseco oversized pistons in it. I would like to get the (76.mm/.080) overbore piston but do not know if it can be bored out that far without haveing to get the cylinder resleeved. Can anybody tell me if the piston would be too big and if i would have to get it resleeved?

The 76mm piston does not require an oversize sleeve.

Yes. Buy the new piston kit, then find a reputable machine shop/rebuilder to bore and set the clearance for you.
