E-series Jetting

HI All, just put the new e-series on the 03' 400ex and it sounds real good....Also Put a Dynojet Stage one kit on....Looking for advice on jetting...Does anyone out there have this setup?? Dynojet recomends their DJ146 Jet...I konw it varies a little bit machine from machine but if you have the same setup what main jet size are you running?? Also the kit didn't come with any Pilot jets..do I have to chage it as well??

You don't have to change the pilot but a larger one will help with cold starting.
