What other head are you going to find to fit a 300?

I dont know...because I havent looked for a aftermarket head yet. Someone told me that I would gain alot by changeing the head. But he also rides a yamaha...so i dont know? Do you know anyone that sells them?

Not off hand. The heads I noticed last night in DW were for yamahas. Most people I've heard talking on here have talked about port and polish and larger valves, not replacing the head.

Porting and polishing the heads had also come to mind. Do you know what kind of power gain they got out of porting and polishing?

I don't have any numbers, I haven't done it to mine, and probably won't until it blows up in 10 years. It IS a Honda after all...

Check with FST or TC or an engine builder close to you. They should be able to talk numbers with you.

TC you'll probably have to call. FST you can email. Go to the links page here on on exriders and look for four stroke tech and TC racing.
