i dont know if i should get a durablue or lonestar axle i know durablue has the 2+4 feature but does lonestar i have heard that durablue sucks and lonestar is the best any help would be great

The lonestar is adj from 1 1/2 - 3 1/2 for the 400ex, The lonestar has a better warranty than the durablue.

I run the durablue eliminator and have not had problems as of yet. On the other hand when Colby had his 440 he also had a durablue and it snaped in half off a jump.

In all honesty there is not much of a price difference so I would go with the better warranty..

If you are going to be doing any serious jumping or racing, you might check into an RPM axle. I have seen too many of the other axles bend and break. But for light riding, you should be fine with either of the two you mentioned!

And I think most axles are adjustable as far as width goes!

I ran a Durablue on my 400ex, Lonestar axles on my Cannondale and now YFZ and have never had any problem with any of them....JIM
