Stock Suspension Settings

I just got a new 400, & need to know if I should change the suspension settings. And if so, to what? I'm a pretty big guy, 'bout 6'2"~230lbs.:macho Thanks for any help.;)

All you can do is crank up the preload front and rear. You can also bump up the compression on the rear shock. I that doesn't help you'll need aftermarket suspension to fit you bettter.
