If you use a repair manual you should be fine. It's a little time consuming but not hard. I do my own and I'm not a mechanic. Just take your time and follow the directions very carefully and you'l be fine. Be very careful not to drop anything in the engine or it'll cost you. Good luck.

Not a hard job at all. If you are a little bit iffy, get a manual. It's not time consuming at all.

Use the tech article on this site and you shouldn't have a problem.
The first time I set mine it took about an hour. now that i've done it a few times it only takes about 20 minutes or less.

Make sure you tighten everything up to the correct torque settings when you put her back together.

Go to an auto parts store and buy a feeler gauge set that has the 45 deg bend on the end. They're much easier to insert, and you'll get a much more acurate setting. It's cheap, and well worth the time to get. BTW, adjust your valves before you start trying to dial in your carb.(I read your other thread)

Absolutly. Write down the clearances you need and take them with you when you buy it.
