trade cannondale for 400ex or z400

i have a brand new 2002 cannondale ridden 2 times. looking to trade for a z400 or a nice 400ex. quad is almost brand new and needs nothing. i have the title. quad is in NJ

My friend has a 400EX, it has +2 arms, Houser Swingarm, Dura Blue Axle, It has C-dale Ohlins up front, and an LSR stem. The engine is bored to 426, and has some head work. DR Double barrel pipe and a Edelbrock carb. It could probly use new paint on the frame (its purple), and some new plastic. Other than that its in pretty decent shape.
