brake adjustment

i just replaced the front brake pads on my 300ex. After i put everything back together i can still pull the lever all the way to the bars. how do i adjust it so i only need to squeeze a little?

bleed them...consult your owners manual for exact way on how to do it & pretty pictures too. ;)
