my friend is looking to buy some hipers. hes thinking 4/1 for the front. Were wondering which to get for the rear the 4/5 or the 3/6? whats the ups and downs on these? We do alot of hard trail riding and hill climbing.

i have stocks on rear & the 4/1 ITP steel replacemtns on the front & it gives it a meaner stance but not much more improvement with the turning & stuff. :grr:

4/5, wide off set wheels and woods don't mix!

Amen.

You know that twist/jerk your bars do when you hit a rock or rut with your front tire? With a wide offset it will be MUCH worse, not to mention now that your wheelbase is wider, you're much more likely to hit a stump, bush, root, ect...

Wheel spacers and wide offsets are great for dunes, flattracking, or wide open spaces. They are NOT good for tight trails, rocks, or woods.
