How do you get those pics under your name?

Those Pictures are Avatars and you add them under from your User Control Panel. Go to Options and the upload link is at the bottom of the page. The file must be smaller than 65x65.

The avatars can be added under user cp. Choose edit options and then change avatar. You'll have to resize the pic to 65x65 pixels. Hope this helps.
