Does anyone have any pictures or know what locations you should weld your frame gussets on a 1989 stock 250R frame?

No, not yet but I'm sure it's just a matter of time. K2 found this local dude that is doing his 400 EX frame and is supposed to be purty good he just needs to know where to put the gussets. Thanks alot for the pics though!!! $100.00 bucks for the gusset job and $250.00 to have the entire frame powdercoated and its all local (No shipping costs). Not to bad for us WV boys!!! K2 just stopped in and is going to pick-up his gusseted frame as I type. Can't wait to see it.

Hopefully not that babyblue with sparkles like he talked about at hatfield....:eek:

I think he is going with Candyapple Red. Have you seen pictures of the Cannondaleriders.com project bike??? It's the same color as that one if you have. Ya gotta excuse K2 cause he's older than me and babyblue with sparkles was the color back in 1977!!!:D

any company sell gusset kits with pre cut gussets that all you have to do is weld them in? i think i remeber seeing someone advertising one her a while back but i'm not shure

thats pretty much every spot that should be done... you could find some other spots put those spots are the most commonly places to weld up... check the pics out
