my clutch sucks!!!!!!!!help???????

my 400 had a very easy clutch and then it gradually got harder and now it hurts to pull in!!! ive tried adjusting it and i know the cable is nicly lubed i have no clue wat to do

try an easy pull clutch lever like rtc makes or pep hope that helps shawn

how bout the hydrolic clutch????i no its $200 but it looks sweet!:D

disconnect the clutch cable from the perch + motor and make sure it slides smoothly in the housing...

make sure it didn't get a litttle to close to that headpipe :D

Hydraulic clutches are sweet and definately worth the money. Get the billetanium if you can afford it the components are much nicer and the hoses are braided stainless. The hose on the Magura has a tendency to burn up because it passes through the head pipe.

You mentioned it's lubed good did you use a cable luber or just spray lube down the cable....I know the 12 buck cable luber I bought was well worth the money,,james lucky has them,,makes all the difference in the world..sounds like it's just a dirty cable..

the thing is rico i took the cable off of the bike and i wwas goinna lube it but it felt like it moved really smooth so i reinstalled it thats all

I would replace the cable, I think they are only like $13. ;)
